The petrified forest of Mytilene was declared a protected monument by
UNESCO in 1985, and since 2014, it has been added to the indicative list of World
Heritage Monuments. It is a unique natural monument with fossilized trunks where their characteristics are perfectly
preserved.

The Timber collection symbolizes timelessness and the metaphor of nature’s primordial recycled components. Here, served food takes you on new dimensions, metaphorically offering to the dinner the inspiration of touching the trunks of the petrified forest of Mytilene.
